Ryan Reynolds, CCO of MNTN/ Maximum Effort, and Wendy Clark, Global CEO of Dentsu, had a great conversation about the power of storytelling. Ryan explained how some of the best ideas, came from ideas he hated, and that you have to put trust in others even if you don't initially believe in it. He joked about how a commercial for Tinder was planned through text message, and that it is completely fine to be chaotic. He explained how emotional connections are a must when creating, as well as the importance of being relevant in a constantly changing global culture.

Julia Goldin, Chief Product and Marketing Manager, as well as Asmita Dubey, Chief Digital and Marketing Officer, and Julius Robinson, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, went back and forth explaining the importance of marketing and how their companies are making changes in the future to not just advertise to promote their products, but to make the world a better place. For example, Julia Goldin said that their lego packaging will be 100% sustainable by 2025 and says that by 2030 all Lego pieces/ products will be sustainable as well.

Alexis Ren, Model and Influencer sat down with Erica Bartman, EWG Unlimited Co-CEO, Shelley Zalis, CEO of the Female Quotient, and Emily Pero, VP of Communications at Burberry. Alexis and the others discussed the importance of being truthful and real with when you are an influencer, and that fans and followers are seeking someone in who they can relate to and trust. Alexis pointed out how she only works with brands in who she sees herself using or aligning with the companies values.

Raja Rajamannar, CMO and President of Mastercard, dove into a new way of expressing a brand, through a multisensory experience. Raja explained that branding isn't just about sight, but that it can be through all of the senses. Mastercard presented their first musical album, so that when you think of Mastercard, you don' tjust see red and yellow, but you can hear music. They also presented credit cards that have cutouts, so people who are blind can differentiate between their credit and debit cards.

Oscar Award-winning actress, author, director, and producer Lupita Nyong’o conversed with Nicola Mendelsohn, VP of the Global Business Group at Meta to talk about her career and underrepresented/ minority groups. She spoke with grace and kindness, as she explained how the industry needs to stop glorifying when minority actors/ films win awards. She explains that many have won awards yet every time, it is surprising and startling to all. She talked about her sense of style, her Instagram Reels, and her new children's book in which she writes about an African American girl feeling comfortable and beautiful in her own skin.
