The process they used was 5 steps as follows.
1. Start from "ground zero" meaning to write cultural insights or one line statements.
2. Have Brutal Transparency
3. Serve and Protect, meaning that all work in service of the good idea

Meet-up - Cindy Gallop on Re-Designing the Agency Model

Cindy Gallop, Founder and CEO of MakeLoveNotPorn, ran a workshop on redesigning the agency model. She had each participant get into a group of six, where each team member would come up with ideas on how agencies can incorporate the three most important principles of creativity, happiness, and money. Each group then went around and shared each of their ideas on how to better the industry's agencies.

Meryl Blau, Professor at University Of Miami, and mental mindset coach, talked about the power of your mind and how you have the ability to reshape how you think. Meryl had each student write a negative thought that they think about often, and to cross it out, and rewrite the thought to something positive. Lastly, she explained how there is always another place to shift your focus.

Ziad Ahmed, Founder and CEO of JUV Consulting, and Kayla Suarez and Thomas Pham, Hosts of the podcast Teenager Therapy, sat down with Dustee Jenkins, Spotify Global Head of Public Affairs, to uncover the true feelings of Gen Z and how their brains work. The three panelists took turns sharing their thoughts on how Gen Z needs constant stimulation as their attention span is shorter, as well as how social media can be negative. Kayla Suarez commented on how her and Thomas's podcast is an escape for teens to turn to when they need a friend.

Rick and Morty writer Dan Harmon sat down with President of Cartoon Network Michael Ouweleen to discuss all things Rick and Morty. Harmon explained his comedy process as well as how writing has become more challenging over the years as jokes can be on the border of offensive in the changing global culture. The conversation was light hearted and entertaining and we also got to see a sneak peek of the new season of Rick and Morty.
