Advice for Students
1
COOL CLOTHES
I don't mean cool, stylish, clothes. I mean an outfit that you will not sweat to death in. Comfortable and breathable is what you want to go for. Trust me. IT IS HOT!
2
Don't Stress! MAKE THE MOST OF IT.
You will get the hang of the festival! The first day will be super overwhelming, and you maybe really worried and all over the place! As the days go on, you will get the hang of talks, what to skip, and what is worth it. It is all about exploring and understanding what is going to benefit you the most.
3
Have a Buddy!
You may be by yourself at points, and that's okay! That is a good thing to go to talks that you are interested in. I would suggest having a few people to have in your contacts that you can text after talks to meet up or to go together to some things! It makes the experience better and you make some great relationships even if you go in not knowing anyone!
4
Prepare to Be Sleepy!
You are going from 9 am to at least 10 pm. Prepare to be tired. But that is okay! Make sure that you do what is best for you, and know when you need a break whether it is having a snack in a cool tent, or in the hotel taking a nap. BUT, make the most of it. You are only here once!

Go to All the Tents
Seriously, they are awesome. You get tons of free stuff and food and drinks. Plus, find a few tents to be reliable snack or lunch places. You are going to need them. For me, it was the Warner Bros Tent and Twitter Beach.

PORTABLE CHARGER.
That's it. Portable Charger.
